Wesley House Community Center was established in 1907 to provide childcare for the children of the women of Brookside Mills. Today, we focus on three areas of service: providing high-quality, affordable, and accessible childcare, social connections in the senior citizen population, and the emerging needs of the 37921 zip code.
Our mission: Wesley House works to empower and serve the Beaumont, Lonsdale, and Mechanicsville communities in Knoxville, TN.
Our vision: The Beaumont, Lonsdale, and Mechanicsville communities will be equipped with the spiritual, emotional, and educational resources needed to thrive.

Our programs
Youth Development
Youth Development, formerly known as CARES, is our after school program serves 9 Knox County schools providing homework assistance, enrichment activities, spiritual support, and so much more.
Summer Camp
Summer Camp, formerly known as STEP, is an eight-week summer camp for Knox and surrounding counties. We provide breakfast, lunch and snacks daily as well as educational experiences, spiritual support, math and reading time, and other activities.
Senior Citizen Support
Senior Citizen Support, formerly known as WISE, is a program for senior citizens experiencing social isolation, we provide food, fun and fellowship each Friday for those in Beaumont, Lonsdale, Mechanicville and East Knoxville.
